These are some of the words that describe the mentality of successful athletes.
They are also at the core of our GRIT Summer Program.
Baseball and softball athletes will combine 90 minutes of sports performance training with 90 minutes of sport-specific skill and technigue work with Coach Matt Reilly. Athletes are given a 30 minute break in between the two sessions to refuel and recover.
