High Performance Program
The program combines speed, agility and strength training with Coach Chris Stratis with a comprehensive throwing program promoting arm health, mechanics and conditioning with Coach Matt Reilly.
Players will go through one hour of speed, agility and strength training and one hour of throwing drills to get improve throwing efficiency and velocity. The monthly program follows a year-round schedule built to complement players in-season and off-season schedules.
