Our sports performance programs are designed for athletes to recover, re-condition and gain power, strength and overall athleticism. Our monthly curriculums are built to complement the schedules of our athletes both in-season and off-season. Creating Champions Performance Only is for Athletes participating in Sports Performance training only (not part of the combined throwing programs with Coach Matt). These classes are one hour performance-only classes to improve quickness, speed and strength.
Performance Plus is 2x per week combined performance and throwing program. Performance Plus athletes will train twice per week with Coach Chris Stratis on speed, strength and agility the first hour of each day and then rotate to Coach Matt Reilly to work on arm health, throwing mechanics and velocity training the second hour of the class.
High Performance unlimited combined performance and throwing program. High Performance athletes will train up to 4 days per week with Coach Chris Stratis on speed, strength and agility the first hour each day and then rotate to Coach Matt Reilly to work on arm health, throwing mechanics and velocity training the second hour of each class. These classes are recommended for high school age athletes and there are Performance Plus options available.
