These classes are for young athletes ages 7U-10U looking to improve their baseball/softball skills through instructor led drills. This paired with our Sports Performance training is the ideal jumpstart for athletes wanting to graduate into the Performance Plus Program.
Sports Performance Training Programs
Sports Performance training with Coach Chris Stratis and Champion Sports Performance. These programs are for athletes in all sports with th egoal of long term athletic development and peak performance. The Sports Performance programs run year-round to provide consistent training and continual progression for athletes as they navigate in-season and off-season schedules with and eye towards their long-term growth as athletes. Training sessions are grouped by age and training level. Our Sports Performance programs offer speed training, strength training, agility training, and help improve body control, coordination, mobility, and promote recovery.
Performance Plus & High Performance
Our Performance plus & High Performance programs are our year-round training programs designed specifically for baseball and softball athletes to become stronger, faster, and all around better athletes while also pushing for velo in the off-season and staying polished during their in-season months.
These programs incorporate a unified Sports Performance training plan and Skills training that includes arm care and throwing program. Athletes will train with Champion Sports Performance to build speed, strength, agility, and mobility during the first hour of each day and then transition to Coaches Nick Daley, Jim McCabe and Connor Reed to work on arm health, throwing mechanics, fielding, pitching and velocity training the second hour of the training session.
Performance Plus is intended for athletes who want to couple expertly coached skills and throwing training with their sports performance training up to 2 days per week. High Performance is for highly driven athletes who are hungry for training up to 4 days per week. As always, training group sizes are capped to ensure small group sizes with close coaching attention and optimal training enviorments.
