Performance Plus Unlimited Program

Performance Plus Unlimited athletes will train up to 4 days per week with Coach Chris Stratis on speed, strength and agility the first hour each day followed by a second hour of baseball/softball skills training where the athletes will work closely with Coaches Michael Schweiss and John Curtis of Nomad Baseball to train arm health, throwing mechanics and velocity training. These classes are recommended for high school age athletes.

Sports Performance plus Throwing Program

For athletes ages 13-18

Performance Plus Program

This class is 2x per week and consists of our combined performance and throwing program. Performance Plus athletes will train with Coach Chris Stratis on speed, strength and agility the first hour of each day and then transition to Coach Michael Schweiss and Coach John Curtis to work on arm health, throwing mechanics, fielding and velocity training the second hour of the class.

Creating Champions

Sports Performance training with Coach Chris Stratis and Champion Sports Performance. These classes are for athletes 8-10 years old to help them become more athletic through movements and games that are most appropriate for athletes at this stage of development to help build coordination, body awareness, strength, and speed.
