The Summer HP GRIT program is a high intensity training program for college bound and highly driven baseball and softball players to gain strength and athleticism while improving their game skills and arm strength. With a schedule complementing the athlete's summer game schedule, players will workout Monday-Thursday each week in two 90-minute sessions each day. One session focused on athletic performance and the other session focused on game performance. Players will be measured monthly to track athletic improvement and weekly to track game performance metrics including weekly bullpen tracking through our Rapsodo pitch tracking software.
Cost per player is $495 per month and space is limited to 12 players per start time. Training begins Mon, Jun 3 thru Thurs, Aug 1.
